Upon arrival at the Katunayaka airport, you will be greeted and met by one of our friendly chauffer guides. You will then be transferred to the accommodation to refresh and relax. Based on your flight arrival time you may do a brief tour of Negombo including a visit to the finishing village.

After breakfast leave for Kalpitiya and check-in to your accommodation. Kalpitiya is about a 3 hour drive north of Negombo, an untouched destination. Kalpitiya is a marine sanctuary with a diversity of habitats ranging from bar reefs, flat coastal plains, saltpans, mangroves swamps, salt marshes and vast sand dune beaches. Check-in to your hotel and in the evening do a dolphin watching tour.(Monsoon conditions only allow this excursion between the months of November and April).

After breakfast visit the Sigiriya Rock Fortress & use mountain bikes to explore the typical Sri Lanka villages en-route.

Get up early morning to sound of the birds chirping & enjoy the land & water birds from both sides of your lodging & enjoy the breakfast before leaving to Kandy. En-route visit a spice garden in Matale to explore the Sri Lankan spices & enjoy a complimentary herbal head massage & continue to Kandy. In the afternoon visit Dalada Maligawa (home to the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha). You will also experience the bustling city of Kandy. Kandy is the last kingdom of Sri Lanka and is also an UNESCO World Heritage listed site.

After breakfast leave for Kithulgala for a White Water Rafting excursion. A level III rafting experience on the Kelani River, which will take you though a splashing fresh waters & give an exhilarating experience suitable for anyone from the ages of 08-60. Next visit the prehistoric Belilena Cave on bikes dated more than 28,500 years old. Proceed to Nuwara Eliya & check into your accommodation.

With packed breakfast leave for Horton Plains. The Horton Plains National Park is situated some 200 km away from Colombo, amidst hills in the Nuwara Eliya district. The most amazing feature of the park is the `World's End' where the southern part of the plains comes to a sudden end and drops almost straight down for 700 m. The park contains a rich variety of birds and animals. Return to the hotel, and evening site seeing of Nuwara Eliya.

After breakfast leave for Ella for a night of camping in Sri Lanka where the following activities are available : 1) Arial Rope 2) Slithering Rope 3) Monkey Rope 4) Toddy Tapper.

After breakfast leave for Yala & afternoon jeep safari to Yala National Park. After breakfast we will leave for an exciting wildlife jeep Safari at the Yala National Park. Yala National Park is about 1,260 sq. Km in size and is the largest National Park in Sri Lanka. It has a picturesque scenic ocean frontage and it’s vegetation ranges from open parkland to dense jungle. The highlight of Yala is the large herd of elephants. Yala West Park is the best location to observe and photograph leopards. There are estimated to be about 35 leopards in the park. It is also home to a large variety of water birds, sloth bear, spotted deer, barking deer, mouse deer, toque monkey, mongoose and crocodiles.

After breakfast leave for Tangalle along the southern coastal roads of Sri Lanka where you will spend the night at one of the top 10 beaches in Asia. After an early dinner leave at approximately 20.00 hrs for the Rakawa Turtle sanctuary which is located 20 minutes away. Between the months of January to June turtle nesting is at its peak and sighting is quite frequent, although nesting does occur during the rest of the year although not as frequent.
