It is probably the most shocking news for Lankan Cricket fans and for fans around the world that Sanga has resigned from the one day and 20/20 captiancy. It is a big loss for Sri Lanka Cricket. He is a great ambassador for the country and has also been a great leader. There is many speculation about the world cup final, however he has led the country to reach the finals amongst many other strong opponents.

The source of truth is obviously a mystery for his sudden decision. We all wish that Sanga will revert his decision, however in reality it is probably a mere dream. We hope that all Cricket loving Lankan fans and fans across the world respect his decision.  We wish Sanga all the best and thank for his leadership during the past few years.

Where do we go from here? Do we have another strong leader?
